Green tea:

It is called unfermented tea because it does not undergo the oxidation process. It is obtained by heating / roasting leaves to speed up the process of wilting and preventing their fermentation. After this stage, the leaves are formed by rolling them. Production ends with drying and sorting.

Green tea is a source of polyphenols and antioxidants necessary for good health and longevity.

Brewing method:

Pour hot water  between 70 ° C and 80 ° C over the tea bag . Brewing time should be 2 to 3 minutes.

You can brew in two ways:

- When brewed for a short time - up to 2 minutes, the infusion will be very refreshing and stimulating.

- For longer brewing - up to 5 minutes, the infusion will contain less caffeine and its effect will be relaxing.

Green tea leaves can be brewed three times. The first brewing should last about 3 minutes, and each subsequent one should be extended by 1 minute.

Black tea:

The most popular type of tea. It is subject to a long production process. The basic steps are: wilting, curling, fermenting and drying. The taste is determined by factors such as the country of origin of the tea, plantation, harvest time or the degree of wilting.

Ceylon black teas are considered the best in the world. The carefully selected top leaves of the shrubs give an infusion worth recommending to connoisseurs.

Brewing method:

Pour hot water at 95 ° C over the tea bag. Brewing time should be 3 to 5 minutes.

You can brew in two ways:

- With short brewing - up to 3 minutes, the infusion will be very refreshing and stimulating.

- For longer brewing - up to 5 minutes, the infusion will contain less caffeine and its effect will be relaxing.

Brewing for too long will make the brew tart, but it does not make it contain more caffeine and stimulate it more. On the contrary - the tannins produced with each subsequent minute, imparting a bitter taste, neutralize the effect of theine.
