Black Tea:
The most common type of tea. It is subject to a long production process. The basic steps are: wilting, curling, fermenting and drying. The taste is determined by factors such as the country of origin of the tea, plantation, harvest time or the degree of wilting.

Ceylon black teas are considered the best in the world. The carefully selected top leaves of the shrubs give an infusion worth recommending to connoisseurs.

Brewing method:
Pour a teaspoon of tea with hot water at 95 degrees C (the so-called white boiling water; hot non-boiling), brew in two ways:
- When brewed for a short time, up to 3 minutes, the infusion is refreshing and stimulating.
- When brewed for up to 5 minutes, it gives a relaxing effect.

Brewing for too long causes astringency in the taste of the brew.

Black tea leaves are only suitable for one brewing.
