Fructe uscate: Acestea sunt fructe uscate și confiate ce pot fi consumate atât calde cât și reci. După preparare fructele ce au fost infuzate pot fi consumate si ca atare. Ceaiurile de fructe sunt o sursă de vitamine, în principal vitamina C.

Metoda de preparare: turnați una-doua lingurite de fructe uscate intr-o cana de 300 ml cu apă la 95 grade C si lasati-o la infuzat acoperita, timp de 7 până la 10 minute. După acest timp ceaiul este numai bun de baut iar fructele sunt moi și pot fi si ele consumate.
